Things To Consider

*Oak Ridge, TN is in Eastern Time meaning it is an hour ahead of Illinois*

On Saturday there's usually a group dinner, so we'll need a volunteer to help organize it. In the past, we have had a group dinner at either a restaurant or the hotel, and the hotel does provide us with a large deck/courtyard with seating and tables. The hotel is also adjacent to the Oak Ridge Recreation Center which includes picnic tables and grills for a possible cookout.

The hotel also has an indoor/outdoor pool so bring a swimsuit if you (or your rower) would like to swim

Please contact Martha with more volunteer requirements/information for everything needed for the regatta such as food and drink, snacks, tent, trailer pulling, and lunches

Please contact Jim Cozzi with any other information pertaining to the Spring Regatta

Item Sign-up Sheet

Set up for our tent at any regatta is always a team effort! Sign up for necessary supplies and snacks for our rowers to compete at full capacity in the submission form to the right. As submissions come in, a compiled list of items will be listed below to prevent duplicate donations for the rowers. Race essentials like water and food are always appreciated by our athletes!
