Winter Recreational Rowing
What is a rec rowing program?
Recreational rowing is a fun, no stress, twice a week rowing classes. You will learn how row/skull in small boats. Singles, doubles, quads. ( Vital to being successful in big boats).  You don't need to buy gear or worry about competitions. It's a great program if you don't have time or  desire, to commit to the competitive side of rowing. ( Be clear that competitive rowing is a FULL TIME SPORTS COMMITMENT) It's also a great opportunity if your not sure but know you love rowing. Maybe rec row for a season, get in shape and join the competitive side?
